Observe and assess geopolitical risk for a company in the target market-buyer in a geopolitics of economics blocs around the world ;
We also prepare a business strategy international report for a company at the request of the clientele ;
Assist the general managers of the company to find the quantitative and qualitative financial data to prepare the technical note of the comparative country risk on the evolution of the country-seller risk compared to that of the country-buyer
Formulate recommendations to mitigate risk in the buyer country and develop an action plan to present it to the company’s general managers;

The list of variables sheets are in domestics politics, demography, socio-economics, education, practices cultural and customs, healthcare public services, geopolitics, foreign-policy, security national and defense, natural disasters, environmental and climate changes, to name a few of the 20 to 30 scenario variables sheets to build the assumptions included in the prospective scenarios registered in the prospective and strategic study.
